The ZEV Technologies OZ-9C Hyper-Comp brings the benefits of a compensator to the popular compact platform without adding any extra length or mass. The Hyper-comp features four tapered vertical ports integrated into the top of the barrel that vents gases upward to reduce muzzle rise, creating one of the flattest shooting compacts available.
The slide has a top channel cut-out that extends to the front of the barrel opening, allowing the front sight to be pinned directly to the barrel, making it easier to track the sight during recoil as it does not reciprocate with the slide. This unique ported barrel design allows for easy barrel disassembly for cleaning and maintenance that compensated guns typically need, without having to remove a compensator.
The O.Z-9C was designed and created for balance. It’s one of the first things you notice when holding this pistol. Balance equates to what every shooter is looking for; a more controllable pistol with less felt recoil, less muzzle flip, and faster, more accurate follow-up shots.
At the heart of the O.Z-9C is a patented Steel Receiver. This solid steel frame runs the length of the entire pistol allowing the locking block to be fully integrated. The extended rails in the steel receiver help provide more than double the surface area of contact to the slide. Additional benefits include channels that clear out debris while also acting as lubricating reservoirs for high friction areas. Having a singular component for the slide to travel along minimizes vibration and recoil energy by dispersing it along with the receiver through the custom grip. A single take-down pin conveniently located at the front of the trigger guard locks the removable grip to the steel receiver.
By design, the trigger is housed in the steel receiver allowing for future grip upgrades without completely breaking down the pistol. The improved grips have steeper angles, and a forward hand position keeping the muzzle down and pointing straighter. Additional grip sizes and colors, and multiple sized mag wells are available to facilitate further customization by end-users. The O.Z-9C is compatible with ZEV components and accepts GLOCK mags.

| Major George W. Schofield of the 10th Cavalry and an army ordnance officer, designed this revolver as an improvement over Smith & Wesson's No. 3 "American" model. Produced by S&W from 1875-1977, the U.S. Army ordered nearly 8,000 in the proprietary .45 Schofield cartridge and many saw service by the 4th Cavalry in the Geronimo campaign and by the buffalo soldiers of the 9th and 10th Cavalry. Schofields were also put to work by the notorious James-Younger gang, U.S. Marshal Bill Tilghman, and Custer's chief of scouts "Lonesome Charley" Reynolds. Another roughly 1,000 guns were sold on the civilian market. Favored by many horse soldiers for its top-break, rapid ejection system, many considered it superior to the 1873 Colt Single Action for mounted work. In the 1880s, New York gun dealer Schuyler, Hartley Graham bought surplus Schofields, cut the barrels from 7 to 5 inches, and sold many of them to Wells Fargo & Company. Cimarron offers the Model No. 3 Schofield, the 2nd Model, copied directly from an original in Cimarron's vast collection of antique firearms. It's available in 5 inches in .38 Special or .45 Colt, or the cavalry length 7-inch barrel in .38 SP or .45 Colt. (.45 Colt chambered Cimarron Schofields also handle the .45 Schofield cartridge). Whether you are into the real Old West, or the "reel" West where hombre like the Schofield Kid from Clint Eastwood's Unforgiven, or gunman Charlie Prince from Russell Crowe's 3:10 To Yuma, packed these top-break sixguns, you'll enjoy owning a Cimarron Schofield! Markings: Left Grip: DAL Lt David A Lyle inspector Right Grip: CW Charles Woodman sub-inspector

Made along the lines of the classic peacemaker-style revolver, like those used by the professional shootists of the Old West, Cimarron's Evil Roy Competition SA has features favored by renowned SASS World Champion and SASS National Champion shooter Gene "Evil Roy" Pearcey. What sets this sixgun apart from other single actions are the wide square-notch rear sight and wide constant width front sight, along with slim checkered grips for a better and firmer hand fit, and an action tuned by Cimarron's skilled gunsmiths. This fine-tuning incorporates Cimarron’s competition hammer and trigger/bolt springs that are lighter, smoother, and permit a crisp, no-creep trigger pull, and improved internal parts to enhance reliability. Each Evil Roy six-shooter wears his SASS signature, roll engraved on the barrel. Evil Roy competition single actions are offered in 4 3/4 and 5 1/2 -inch barrels, in popular Cowboy Action Shooters' chamberings. With the Evil Roy, you'll have the tool to shoot like a champion!
