Arguably the most famous sixgun of the Old West, if not the best known in the entire world, Cimarron's Frontier models look and heft just like those guns used by the famous and infamous characters of the Wild West. Men like Wyatt Earp, Bat Masterson, "Texas" John Slaughter, the Texas Rangers and the Arizona Rangers, all packed them to enforce law and order. While men such as Jesse James, Billy the Kid, Johnny Ringo, Butch Cassidy and members of his "Hole in the Wall" gang and other hombres who, as they said in the Old West, "threw a wide loop," used them to ply their lawless trade.   Cimarron's replica, inspired by an original, sports the traditional blue and color case hardened finish with walnut grips. It's offered in the Old Model (1873-1896), or the Pre-War version (1896-1940). Nickel Plated, deep laser engraved versions are also offered in the Pre-War frame only. Great looking at an affordable price point, these come in two finishes- nickel and old silver frame (OSF)- a two-tone finish where the barrel, cylinder, and grip assembly is blued, and the frame is ‘in the white’- a polished steel finish. There are also two grip options- a poly ivory grip or a walnut grip. Both styles are available in .44-40, .45 Colt, or .38 Special/.357 Magnum, in the original barrel lengths of 4 3/4, 5 1/2, or 7 1/2 inches.

CZ-USA CZ Shadow

For those target shooters CZ-USA CZ Shadow who seek out the best triggers possible, this variant of the Shadow 2 has a single-action-only trigger. While not legal for Production Division like the standard version, the lighter, crisper SA trigger gives the target-shooting enthusiast the ability to punch paper with precision! Outwardly nearly identical to the standard Shadow 2, the SA requires the hammer to be cocked in order for it to fire. Finished in black and with a set of blue aluminum grips and matching blue SA trigger, it’s a striking pistol that’s a joy to shoot. The Shadow 2’s swappable mag release has an adjustable, extended button with three settings to allow shooters to set it in the spot most comfortable for them. A nitride finish coats the entire pistol, while the frame gets a layer of our hardy black poly coat. Thin aluminum grips have healthy checkering to match the fine front and backstrap checkering of the pistol itself. Sitting atop the slide is a set of target sights — fiber optic on front and a serrated, black HAJO rear (click adjustable for elevation, drift adjustable for windage).

Major George W. Schofield of the 10th Cavalry and an army ordnance officer, designed this revolver as an improvement over Smith & Wesson's No. 3 "American" model. Produced by S&W from 1875-1977, the U.S. Army ordered nearly 8,000 in the proprietary .45 Schofield cartridge and many saw service by the 4th Cavalry in the Geronimo campaign and by the buffalo soldiers of the 9th and 10th Cavalry. Schofields were also put to work by the notorious James-Younger gang, U.S. Marshal Bill Tilghman, and Custer's chief of scouts "Lonesome Charley" Reynolds. Another roughly 1,000 guns were sold on the civilian market. Favored by many horse soldiers for its top-break, rapid ejection system, many considered it superior to the 1873 Colt Single Action for mounted work. In the 1880s, New York gun dealer Schuyler, Hartley Graham bought surplus Schofields, cut the barrels from 7 to 5 inches, and sold many of them to Wells Fargo & Company. Cimarron offers the Model No. 3 Schofield, the 2nd Model, copied directly from an original in Cimarron's vast collection of antique firearms. It's available in 5 inches in .38 Special or .45 Colt, or the cavalry length 7-inch barrel in .38 SP or .45 Colt. (.45 Colt chambered Cimarron Schofields also handle the .45 Schofield cartridge). Whether you are into the real Old West, or the "reel" West where hombre like the Schofield Kid from Clint Eastwood's Unforgiven, or gunman Charlie Prince from Russell Crowe's 3:10 To Yuma, packed these top-break sixguns, you'll enjoy owning a Cimarron Schofield! Markings: Left Grip: DAL Lt David A Lyle inspector Right Grip: CW Charles Woodman sub-inspector

Made along the lines of the classic peacemaker-style revolver, like those used by the professional shootists of the Old West, Cimarron's Evil Roy Competition SA has features favored by renowned SASS World Champion and SASS National Champion shooter Gene "Evil Roy" Pearcey. What sets this sixgun apart from other single actions are the wide square-notch rear sight and wide constant width front sight, along with slim checkered grips for a better and firmer hand fit, and an action tuned by Cimarron's skilled gunsmiths. This fine-tuning incorporates Cimarron’s competition hammer and trigger/bolt springs that are lighter, smoother, and permit a crisp, no-creep trigger pull, and improved internal parts to enhance reliability. Each Evil Roy six-shooter wears his SASS signature, roll engraved on the barrel. Evil Roy competition single actions are offered in 4 3/4 and 5 1/2 -inch barrels, in popular Cowboy Action Shooters' chamberings. With the Evil Roy, you'll have the tool to shoot like a champion!
